LINE

LINE is the most capable channel in this product — beyond plain messaging, you get rich structured messages, a tap-menu builder, and mass-messaging tools, all built on LINE’s real Messaging API.

You’ll need a Channel Secret and Channel Access Token from your LINE Official Account’s Messaging API settings in the LINE Developers Console. After connecting, paste the webhook URL shown on the connection screen into that same console’s Messaging API tab.

From any LINE ticket’s reply composer, the Flex message button opens a builder for LINE’s rich card format — instead of plain text, send a card with:

  • An optional hero image
  • A title and body (or switch to receipt mode for a real line-item list with a total — order confirmations, invoices)
  • Up to 3 buttons — open a link, send a message, silently send data to your automation (postback), or ask the customer to pick a date/time
  • A carousel of up to 6 cards in one message
  • Up to 4 quick-reply chips shown under the customer’s keyboard

You can save any built card as a reusable template and send it again later without rebuilding it.

The tap-menu grid that replaces a LINE user’s keyboard. Under Settings → Channels → [your LINE channel] → Manage rich menu, pick a preset grid (a 2×3 six-zone layout, a 2×2, side-by-side, or a single full-image zone), upload your own designed image at the exact required size, and wire each zone to an action — the same action types Flex buttons support. Publishing sets it as the live default for every customer messaging this channel immediately — there’s a confirmation step because of that.

If a rich menu already exists on your LINE account from outside this app (LINE’s own console, or another system), it shows up in a read-only “Existing on LINE” section with its real image and zones — this app won’t try to edit something it didn’t build, since its simplified grid model can’t safely reproduce an arbitrary custom layout.

Under the same channel’s Broadcast page: compose a plain-text announcement or a Flex card, then send it to everyone who’s friended your LINE OA (Broadcast), everyone you’ve messaged before on this channel (Multicast), or everyone with a specific tag on one of their tickets. A real recipient count shows before you send, and every send is logged with its status.

The channel card in Settings shows your real current friend count (and how many have blocked you), pulled from LINE’s own Insight API.
