WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, Viber, Email & more
Connected via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (a phone number ID + access token from Meta). Supports text, images, and location in both directions. WhatsApp’s own rules apply: outside a 24-hour window since the customer’s last message, only pre-approved message templates can be sent — plain replies work freely inside that window.
Telegram
Section titled “Telegram”Connected via a bot token from @BotFather. Text, images, and location both ways.
Messenger & Instagram DM
Section titled “Messenger & Instagram DM”Connected to a Facebook Page (Messenger) or an Instagram professional account (DMs) via a Page Access Token. Text and image messages.
Connected via a Viber public account’s auth token. Text, image, and location.
Connect any mailbox over IMAP/SMTP. Inbound mail is polled and turned into tickets; replies go out as real threaded email responses (same subject/thread as the original).
Facebook Feed & Instagram Feed
Section titled “Facebook Feed & Instagram Feed”Not a messaging channel — these reply publicly, as comments, to comments on your Page posts or Instagram posts. Useful for public community management from the same inbox as your DMs.
YouTube
Section titled “YouTube”Same idea as Facebook/Instagram Feed, for comments on your channel’s videos — replies post as real public YouTube comments.
Shopee & Lazada
Section titled “Shopee & Lazada”Order lookup, not messaging — neither marketplace allows general-purpose chat via their public APIs. Connecting one lets you pull up a customer’s real order details from inside a ticket, on whatever channel they actually messaged you on.
